Favorite Reading

Reading is my main form of entertainment.

I read a variety of magazines from The Economist and the Los Angeles Business Journal to Archeology and The Ring. However, when I take the time to read an entire book I usually stick with autobiographies, spiritual commentaries or exercise/sports books.

Many of my favorite books are out-of-print and difficult to locate. These include: Saints that Moved the World by Rene Fullop-Miller, and My Life with Martin Luther King, Jr. by Coretta Scott King

Readily available books that I recommend include: all the writings by Paramahansa Yogananda - his most widely read book is the Autobiography of a Yogi,

Workouts from Boxing's Greatest Champs with Gary Todd,

and the anthology of writings by and about Saint Francis which has been assembled by New City Press.

Before I embarked on the spiritual path again in the life, one of my favorites was the Dune series by Frank Herbert.
